Our Gravesend branch has taken a step in a new direction. We’ve changed its location and made an investment to support our network and community.
We’ve moved just around the corner, but we’ve taken some big steps to make improvements for our customers.
Our new improved location close to the train and bus hub as well as car parking options so it’s convenient for customers to come and see our friendly team in person.
And, after listening to your feedback, we’ve changed the way our visitors experience our service.

- 2 private office and desks to support customers with additional needs
- Access to all areas has been improved
- As well as looking great, the new branch will be entirely powered by renewable electricity to help us achieve our Net Zero ambitions.
